Opposition
Many voters tend to vote party line when it comes to judges. Ohioans For Concealed Carry wishes to warn our members and supporters that Judge Peter Handwork was one of the 2-1 vote in the Toledo v. Beatty decision. He contributed to the conclusion that Ohio's Concealed Carry law is not a general law of the State of Ohio because of the fact that a local business can choose to post or not post "no guns" signs. This is the first time we have ever issued the opposite of an endorsement and we strongly encourage you to NOT VOTE for Judge Peter Handwork
US Senate Race
The race between Senator Mike DeWine and Senator Sherrod Brown is neck and neck. From the perspective of a gun owner the race is lose-lose and there is no lesser of two evils. It is important to note that the Brady Campaign has endorsed Senator Mike DeWine for re-election.
